Chet is quickly becoming one of my favorite fictional dogs. His narration of their adventures together has just the right amount of humor to keep me coming back to this series. Bernie is also a lovable guy with surprising abilities. You…

The fifth Chet & Bernie Mystery, still narrated by Chet the dog, did not disappoint. This time around Bernie is tasked with protecting Thad Perry, the hard-living star of a movie filming on location. Bernie is intrigued by the hidden…

I always find that I am giggling as I read Chet's interpretation of what is happening in these stories. The naive and sweet musings of the dog contrast nicely with the murderous intent of the villains.

One of the best Chet and Bernie mysteries. A little darker and more obscure than the other books, but a great story overall. Looking forward to the next one.

A mystery from a dog's perspective might sound little too cutesy, but the author hits it bang on- no fluff, good pace, well constructed story, and some truly laugh out loud lines.

I love Chet. So charming, so naïve, and so darn happy about it. Reading these books always makes me think we’d do a lot better in life if we were more like Chet.

Another addition to a great series. These books are so much fun to read. A Private Eye series told from the point of view of the PI's dog Chet. Chet is a fabulous character and the stories are fun mysteries. I recommend them all - this…
