About the best I can say is "forgettable." This is decent writing but the storyline and characters have been done to death. Even with a cliffhanger I couldn't bring myself to care.

I loved this book and couldn't put it down.
I wished the protagonist could have been more likable
because then you could connect with the story more.
The ending was riveting and made me want more.
Definitely 8.5/10!
I didn't mind this universe, but I thought the characters could have been better developed, and what's the point of introducing a "made-for-each-other" complicating love interest if they share no...interest? The cliffhanger ending left me…

This was an interesting book- I loved the writing style and the concept, but I didn't really enjoy the relationship between the main character and the fae- I found it rushed and forced. Other than that, though, a good read.

you need to read the glossary/last pages to understand the book's common words 'of faery species.'
