Summary
Add a SummaryWaterlilly saves Spencer from drowning after he falls off his surfingboard. He falls inlove with her and tries to find her, and Lilly looks out for him to find her necklace. She end up falling inlove with him as well. Alsomost the same as the little mermaid except it's the opposite. I liked the characters, so that's thumbs up for the author but I can't say it's extremely creative.
