Add a Commentgood story, kind of scary horror-more pg13 family oriented. perhaps the moral is: do what you know is right in the begining or else continue to lie and cover it up until you die...
I took a girl out on a first date to see this movie, and the part where Church jumps out right after being buried, my date jumped out of her chair and into my lap. Great date movie. Ha Ha.
I saw this movie, directed by mary lambert, when I was quite young. I am a long time horror fan and horror movies don't generally scare me but the ghost "Pascow" in this movie is chilling. Little Miko Hughes does an excellent job of playing "Gage Creed" and his scene at the end is one of the creepiest involving a young child I have ever seen on screen. There is a feeling of dread and decay to this movie that modern day horrors are missing- it's not as worn and sketchy feeling as, say, the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but it certainly doesn't feel polished (which is good!) Oh, and Zelda! Ugh! If you are easily freaked, watched in the day or with the lights on. If you just like horror and by some miracle have not seen this yet, break out the popcorn and have fun!
love it
