Comment
Add a CommentBeautifully illustrated story about the Netherlands in the time of the tulipmania. The story is told from the point of view of a little girl who's father is a tulip dealer. While the story is simple, the illustrations are reminiscent of the Dutch masters of the time. A nice book to explain what happened in the Netherlands (and the world) at the time. Also good as an example of the boom and bust cycle.
