Mia is desperate to make sure she doesn't end up dumped in frount of the whole school. So with prom in just a few days, she turns to Candice--her holistic, hyprchondriac best friend--and decides to try a love spell to make Rob stay with her. Unfortunately, she ends up inflicting a zombie virus on her whole class instead, and she is their zombie leader! At first, she loves all the attention. But when she learns from zombie hunter hottie Chase that her classmates will actually try to eat her in a few days, she's not too thrilled. She's sure she and Chase can figure somethign out, but in the meantime, she's suggesting that no one wear white to prom, because things could get very messy.

I liked this book because the main charcter Mia turns into a Zombie Queen which is weird but makes the story interesting.
A pretty good book about zombies. There's never a dull moment and you'll never want to put it down. It's pretty funny too. :) I definitely recommend this one!

Mia Everett's life is perfect. Rob Ziggerman has asked her to go to the prom with him. She has bought the perfect dress and is ready for that perfect high school momement. To bad popular cheerleader and prom queen fave Samantha has her eyes set on Rob. Now Mia is in a full panic that she might lose her prom date. Enter Mia's slightly odd BFF Candice, who suggests a love spell. The problem, the spell backfires and infects most of Mia's classmates and teachers with a zombie virus. The good thing is that as the one who infected them, Mia is now their queen. She has never been so popular. The down side? In a few days her admirers will all become marauding zombie hordes hungry for human flesh. First on their menu - Mia. This is an ok young adult book about magic, zombies and the stresses of high school. The good news is that it is not too gory, so it can be read by the tween set. This won't change your life, but you will have fun for a few hours while you read it.
