Add a CommentThis is actually the best book i have ever read and is better then the twilight series! and i adored the twilight series!! i canotwait to stert the next books!!!
It is such a good book(s) yet i think the author is trying a bit too hard to get the readers atenetion and well.. ends up making the series get boring. I mean Evermore was fanominal yet book by book her life gets wayyyyyyyyyyyy too depresing for a high-schooler and I really didn't want to read the last book actually so yes I would read Evermore but it's your choice to read the rest.
This is very much in the Twilight formula, in which the romance between a hot paranormal guy and a girl is the driving force of the novel, with little else going on. But this features a heroine who can't get out of her own way, which is totally annoying and gets old quickly. There would have been very little drama if the heroine functioned at all, and most of the problems would have been solved easily if she had even moderate skills. If you like your paranormal romances to come with plot, I suggest trying the far superior Vampire Academy series or the Need series. If you can't get enough Bella Swan and Edward Cullen, and you don't care much for plot, then you'll probably like this.
I've read every single book in this series apart from the last one and it is my favorite cuz she makes the best decisions and I luv the relationship with her and her sister.
is this the first book in the series cuz i want to start reading it, it looks cool
this is probably THE best book i've read so far...
this book isnt exacly my stye. the drama was very predictable. the romance between Damen and Ever are similar to other books and movies i hav read like Vampire Diaries, Haven, and Twilight. it was ok but didnt captivate me. other people that are into those very romance books might enjoy it tho. (P.s~ whats with her name!? Ever Bloom? seriously!? could hav been a better name.)
The first 200 pages of this book were incredibly boring, and I almost stopped reading it several times, but for some reason, I kept reading. I'm glad I did, because the last 100 pages got better and more action- packed, but the whole book was still a total rip-off of Twilight, but with a few twists. This book could have been good if it wasn't so similar to Twilight (mind-reading, incredibly gorgeous guy falling in love with the loner girl, drinking a red liquid, immortality, girl almost dies but is saved by gorgeous guy, etc). I wouldn't recommend reading this book if you are familiar with Twilight and/or are sick of the whole vampire thing. It's pretty much impossible not to compare it to Twilight while reading it, which really takes away from the story. There's a sequel to this book, but I doubt I'll read it, although I have a feeling it should be a little less of a Twilight rip-off than this book.
loved this book. read it in a day, although some parts of it were cheesy. it was a great read.
amazing book recomendable
