Add a CommentThe movie is probably better, Dylan is less of a snob there (only less, not by much). Also, it was really disappointing to see Dylan and Josh as friends, because of all the time they spend together and how they come to know each other. I agree that being original and surprising is fine, but not when it's only described on the last page and Dylan's boyfriend is someone you barely knew throughout the book.
It's now a movie on the Disney channel!
honestly, i didn't get hooked onto the book until like the middle-to-end part. it was veeeerryy slow and uninteresting in the beginning. but i did finish it, and i found myself thinking that the two are better off as friends, but then at the end i decided that i wanted them together since that's what the book APPEARS to be about. im all for originality but i really didn't think that the ending would be as it is :P and im kind of disappointed with it now. its like...what was the point of the whole story, the little hints between the characters, if that was how you were going to end the book all along?
This book is amazing!! :) Loved it...!!
Absolutely LOVED this book! Anyone who's a sucker for fairy tales should definitely read this :)
