Add a Commentshe needed a science editor; some very valid concerns and points but also many inaccuracies. eg e. coli listed as a virus!.....and speaks of antibiotic resistance as something bad that humans can get (as opposed to catching nasty bugs with same...)
Truly eye-opening. A must read for anyone interested in eating healthier. It's scary what is happening to our food supply...
written for mothers of young children, and it is a worthwhile education, corporate America should be ashamed, money before people is their motto
