This is EXACTLY the type of book I love, the setting, plot and characters really had me hooked. Certainly different but I think it kind of is like a Hilari Bell meets Tamora Pierce. I espssialy ( -I know I spelled that word wrong) liked the plot!

Took me a while to get into it because I was too busy to read, but once I picked it up and really started in I couldn't put it down!!!

Poison Study meets Tamora Pierce meets Robin McKinley. A great pick for fans of fantasy, adventure, and strong female characters. Fabulous!

Equally as good as Curse Dark as Gold, but the beginning of a new series. I can hardly wait for the next book!
