Add a CommentI think the premise of this was really interesting: in this world witches hunt vampires; and a former-witch-turned-vampire is hunted by her old family of witches, and her sister is put in charge of the hunt. But I had trouble getting into the characters because the book skips between so many perspectives: both sisters, their mother, and another vampire-hunter Zachary. It didn't provide the chance to get to know the characters at all, so I didn't really care about them. The premise was good, but I feel like this could have been so much more.
this novel is related to shattered mirror. If you haven't read that novel then this one won't make as much sense. Shattered mirror is also in a series of hers called den of shadows and all just glass is meant to finish one of the novels in such series
I finished this book last night. i couldn't agree more with you AvsFan. The idea of the story was good, but i couldn't quite get into the book. I often would have to read back to figure out who said somehting or did something. The book was okay.
