Quotes
Add a QuoteI shook my head violently to stop Dad from talking, but from where he stood, I doubted he could see I was talking to a boy. A mildly annoying, but nonetheless cute boy. <...> This was shaping up to be the Most. Embarrassing. Day. Ever.

I totally agree that this book is amazeing, my heart was pounding every second I was reading it, I just couldnt put it down until I finished it. If your looking for something to read I definately recomend this book. Can't wait for the next ones in the series, and find out about what happens to Micci.(Jades mom) And find out more about Luke. Definately one of the best books ever wirtten on my opinion:)

Real Mermaids don't wear toe rings is amazing, I absolutely loved it! I can honestly say I can't wait for the sequels! It was funny, realistic and I could connect with the characters. I held my breath the whole way throughout the book - so interesting and gripping and also light enough to make it the BEST read ever!!!
Real Mermaids Don't Wear Toe RIngs is an okay book. I expected a little more, but it was a fun read. Jade's mom drowned last summer and was never seen again. One day, she hits puberty and has the most embarrassing day of her life. Her father gives her Epsom salt. And the next thing she knows, she grows a mermaid tail. She discovers the secret about her mom's disappearance and about herself. It isn't the greatest book I've read, so I'll give 3/5 for the book.
