One of the best book I've read all summer! I really enjoy Greek mythology and legends; I've read all the Percy Jackson books to date. Same pull, but clearly a more mature and girl oriented series.

I really loved this book. The beginning was slow at first and the author kept us in the dark for a long while but I was really hooked. If you liked the Greek mythology of Percy Jackson but preferred if it had more romance, this is your book. I can't wait to get my hands on the second book and see how it develops.

Great book lot's of plot twist. Great for anyone who likes greek mythology. The only thing is that it has a bit of a slow start.

I loved this book, it was exactly what I needed and it pulled through perfectly. I found myself thinking more than once' "Why haven't I read this book earlier?!?!?!?" It was exactly the kind of book I always look forward to read knowing I'm going to be satisfied when I finish the book. I cannot wait 'til I can read the second book.

I was reluctant when I first started this book, but after the first few chapters, I was completely engrossed. This reimagining of the Greek pantheon is so amazing and clever that I am equally excited to read the next book as I was with City of Bones. This story and its complications literally kept waking me up at night. Crazy! I think I am in love with Hector. Even crazier.

I liked this book. It's YA and what you would expect. I enjoyed the entire cast of characters. I appreciated that we got to make discoveries along with the characters in the book. It was an incredibly easy book to get through without being mundane and shallow. I'm looking forward to continuing to read the series.

This book was pretty good, better than I was expecting it to be anyway. Sort of like Percy Jackson and the Olympians except for slightly older readers. I refuse to believe that they are cousins. :(

I LOVED this book!!! When I first picked it up, I wasn't sure I really liked the concept, but after finally starting the book, I just couldn't put it down! In my opinion, it’s an amazing read, a perfect book for Greek mythology lovers!
