Add a CommentIt was good.. kinda made me upset at the end but yeah it's a good book. :)
I can't say I'm completely enchanted by this book, but it was enjoyable overall. I like the concept, for I have not read many siren books, and the plot was nice. Good, but not a favorite.
It's a good book and I enjoyed reading it, but it's quite predictable in some places. It's one of those books that has a good plot and stuff, but doesn't make you fall in love with the characters.
Amazing! this author can make any story - wheather its about princesses or mermaids- ncaptivating and leaving you flipping through the pages!
I've read a different book by Amanda Hubbard and I wasn't absolutely thrilled with it, and this book isn't much different. The storyline isn't overused, which is good, but it is a little predictable.
Hopefully ths book is good.... Lol
Meh...I liked it, but it didn't leave me mind-blown or absolutely yearning for a second book. It's an interesting idea, one that I haven't read before, and I like that, but it didn't leave a huge impression on me. I read it in almost one sitting (yeah, I have no life). When I read a really good book in a few sittings I come out feeling like "Yes, I finished...awww....NO! I didn't want it to finish!", but this one I just felt like "Eh...that was cool but now my eyes hurt and I wasted half my day. I wonder what's for dinner?" So, what I'm basically trying to say is it's a four-star-ish novel in my view. Now I'm hungry.
This book is a modern mermaid story. The main character is likable, and there were some really good twists and turns in the story that I didn't expect at all. I would recommend this if you are looking for a mermaid story.
