Add a CommentA great in depth biography that looks into the man behind the myth/media image of Kerouac, of what drove him and made him tick as a person and writer. I enjoyed it but it could have done with some judicious editing. It goes into a tremendous amount of minute detail that got a little tedious. I find so many good bio's do that. Why?
