On a small planet in a galaxy far away, the ruling Valorim are losing their war against Lord Mondus and his followers. In desperation, the Valorim place all the best of their civilization into a chain and launch it into space in hopes of preserving it. The chain lands in the lunch box of 6th grade Tommy Pepper and soon creates problems. The Pepper family already has difficulty since the mother has recently dies and since then Tommy’s sister has not spoken and his father has lost interest in working. Added to that, developers are petitioning to take over part of the Pepper land to build a condominium. Tommy realizes that he must stand up for what is right no matter how difficult it is.
