I liked this book. There were very interesting characters that I cared about and found myself eager to keep reading to see how they would evolve and what would happen next in their lives. There were some realisticly sad aspects, and yet I found it overall a hopeful novel to read. I didn't want it to end. In fact I would love a sequel, but on the plus side, it sounds as if this author enjoys continuing to come up with fresh stories.
