Add a CommentAnother great Llama Llama story! Sharing can be tricky and like the commentor before me said, it's good to see a story that doesn't say you have to share absolutely everything. I also have a new phrase to replace "llama drama" :)
As with all the previous “Llama Llama” books, my 4-year daughter loves this book! My only disagreement with the author is that Llama is expected to share all his toys, including his favorite stuffed animal, and my personal belief is that just as most adults would not share their diamond rings, not their prized Corvette, a child should be allowed to also have 1 special item that they don’t have to share. That being said, I’d love to see a children’s book that not only teaches a child to share, but also teaches children to respect another child’s right not to have to share absolutely everything.
