Add a CommentWell-Fed is an extraordinary cookbook by any measure -- and making an extraordinary cookbook while restricting ingredients to the Paleo palate is noteworthy. Every Well Fed recipe I have prepared has been tasty and rates an encore -- even with those who eat a conventional diet. When we eat from this cookbook, there is zero sense of deprivation. The writing is clean and crisp. The photos are beautiful. The recipes are simple and variations are suggested for each of the recipes. The author invites us to play in the kitchen, restoring joy and removing all sense of drudgery and limits. Regardless of what you eat, you really need to try this cookbook.
