Always have to read the latest novel. You never know what wildly outrageous things the ladies will do. Always fun to read.

Very good book. First time I read anything of Fern's and I really enjoyed it. Had a lot of surprises in it.

I fell victim yet again to the don't-have-any-books-let's-see-what's-available-on-ebooks-there-must-be-something-good fallacy. This was a dreadful book. Actually, "dreadful" can't even really convey the true sense of it. First, it's lousily written. Second [SPOILER ALERT], I was truly dismayed with the glee in which the heroines (?!!) burned scalps with torches, attached electrodes to a penis and testicles, threatened to cut breast implants out, tortured with a high-pressure water hose, struck out with hammers, etc. Worse yet, this is apparently a series about a bunch of avenging women. Gives women everywhere a bad name. I like the occasional revenge fantasy as well as the next person, but this was just awful. Don't bother reading it. *shiver*

I usually like her writing and this book was very good until it came to the torture descriptions that these older ladies were having way too much enjoyment breaking noses, bashing teeth in , cutting and ever to much more. In the end due to this much pleasure in brutality, I won't be reading anymore of her books. Shame on her.

Love those Sisterhood women! Wish I knew some in real life. I enjoy reading the books even though the quality of the writing is not as good as I usually like.
