Add a CommentCreepy Carrie! Creepy Carrie! Creepy Carrie!.... Carrie White doesn't wield an axe, turn her head around backwards, or eat human flesh, but she can sure do some really neat tricks with something called telekinesis.
I watched this very good movie and enjoyed it very much. It's the type of film that sounds best on your HOMETHEATER! No, it won't blow you away with audio effects but the story is sweet and horrible for a young lady with powers trying to deal with her school mates and a crazy mother. I have this classic movie in my collection and would reccomend it to anyone that enjoys a good story. To me the real stars are Carrie and her lunatic mother. I'm giving this classc movie 4 and half stars. A very sad, sweet, and crazy story, A well known cast, Good visual effects, and a mother to die for. Lots of popcorn with butter mixed with candy coated peanuts, barbeque potato chips, and coke.

Ok... kinda weird and a bit scary
This movie is both chilling and disturbing, and certain aspects of it are a bit exagerrated. The high school drama over prom, as well as the bullying portrayed in this movie are more-or-less realistic. I don't recommend watching it before prom.
