When you hear a book is about a teen who saves the world it's usually cheesy and predictable. The Alex Rider series is not at all.

This is a very good series. the only problem with it is that once you read it you do not need to read it again. the plot line is predictable yet still creative. The characters lack allot of substance but are not to bad. i would recommend this series to any one who loves action scenes, but if you want more character development i would recommend to read some of the well written Alex Rider Fan-fics.

Some parts were so good that I couldn't put the book down. Some were so bad that I was tempted to send it back to the library. It was an okay book.

I thought that it was a bad book, predictable, flat characters. But I guess a lot of people like it.

the only problem is that the storyline is kind of the same with all the books in the series. but, they are still very enjoyable to read
