Audiobook lovers know that the narrator is as important (if not more important), than the author in creating a successful audiobook. A bad narrator can ruin a great book, and a great narrator can make a mediocre book shine. Some people even choose what to listen to based on the narrator rather than the author! AudioFile, a magazine devoted to audiobooks, has identified the best of the best in book narration, and calls them "Golden Voices."
