This series of mindfulness This series of mindfulness meditation classes is designed for
participants who already have some experience and want to deepen their practice. Led online via Zoom by Sunil Nethisinghe and Nilushka Melnick.

Sunil Nethisinghe:Sunil has been a meditation practitioner for over 30 years. Since retirement, he is volunteering his time as a meditation instructor for the past six years. Sunil has given talks at the Cupertino Library Wellness series before, on “Mindfulness Meditation: Theory & Practice.” Sunil conducts classes with number of local organizations, including the Cupertino Library.
Nilushka Melnick was introduced to mindfulness practice at a young age and continues to deepen her understanding and practice with a long silent
meditation retreats. Nilushka
applies her practice to confront stress and anxiety in her professional and personal life and to better
integrate and balance the challenges of modern life
situations. She is passionate about continuing and sharing her Mindfulness practice to help others.
