Teens! Join us and Eramelisse de Castro, a Behavioral Health Educator and Wellness Coach, and explore the topic of mental health, anxiety, and stress management.
This program is a part of a four week series in honor of Depression and Mental Health Screening Month. We highly encourage you to register for all four sessions to get the full benefit of this program.
This program is suitable for ages 13-17.
Have you ever found yourself constantly thinking about an issue and unable to move past it? How does your body respond when activated or triggered by a certain situation? Learn about your triggers, and how to break the cycle of anxiety. Learn new skills, dig into your wellness toolbox, identify your circle of support, and create an action plan. If you think you will benefit or are interested in learning more about mental health, we welcome you to join us in a safe, healthy, educational, and supportive space. We look forward to seeing you then!
