Join us for a Zoom presentation to help the mental health of yourself, your partner, and your children.

Marté J. Matthews, MA, MFT 45249 (she/her), the Clinical Director of Child & Family Counseling Group in San Jose, will present on some important steps we can take today, tomorrow, and this weekend to help improve mental health for ourselves and our families. 

This virtual presentation will be held online through Zoom (video conferencing platform). Please log onto Zoom 5 minutes early, before the start of the program, so that we can start on time. The link for this event will be sent out the day before the program. This presentation will not be recorded or streamed live to any social media platform.
