Wednesday Afternoon Meditation and Mindfulness

Description

Join us for our  meditation and mindfulness class series at 4:30 PM on Wednesday afternoons.  

Please note there will be no sessions on July 16 and July 23rd.

Come practice meditation for 20 minutes and ask questions for 10 minutes with instructor Manisha. This class will take place in Community Room 201A
