Gentle Flow Yoga: Movement, Breath & Relaxation

Join us for a free community yoga class designed for teens and adults of all levels. This gentle flow practice combines mindful movement, simple breathing techniques, and a calming guided meditation to help reduce stress, improve flexibility, and restore balance. No prior yoga experience is needed—just bring your mat and an open mind. Come connect with yourself and your community in a welcoming, supportive space.

This class takes place on most Sundays. Please check our online calendar for our next session.

For teens and adults age 13+. No registration needed and walk-ins welcome.
