Marian Gault was an exceptional artist, calligrapher, and teacher. She taught art, calligraphy, and other subjects in the San Jose schools for 20 years, and then taught adults and children in the community. In addition to being a widely loved teacher, she created a body of beautiful work. Marian passed away in 2024 at the age of 104. The local calligraphy guild, Pacific Scribes, remembers Marian with love and admiration.
This retrospective of Marian's work will be on display from January 2 to February 27, 2026 in Saratoga Library's Group Study Room.
