Description

Create your very own washi collage card using handmade artisan papers from Japan! This class will go over various design tips to help harmonize your collage with all the various strips of washi. Using the guidelines covered in class, choose your collage color palette from the washi papers you will receive in your kit, and create an original card design! All supplies will be provided. For adults & teens. Please register to attend.

This program is part of Santa Clara County’s celebration of AANHPI Month and One Book, One Coast. One Book, One Coast is a collaborative program designed to bring together readers all along the West Coast through a single book. This year’s book is They Called Us Enemy by George Takei. It is a shared celebration of community, literacy, learning, and civil discourse.
