Description

Easter Island (Rapa Nui) is a territory of Chile located in the Pacific Ocean famous for monumental statues called Moai. Learn about Road Scholar through an adventure to Easter Island presented by Marsi O’Malley-Riley, a Road Scholar Ambassador. Road Scholar is a non-profit, educational travel organization that inspires older adults to learn, discover, and travel.  

No registration is needed. All are welcome. 

Sign up for Summer Reading 2026: Plant a Seed, Read, June 1st – July 31st and visit the Gilroy Library to pick up your sign up prize! Earn a reward for reading 5 books and completing 1 activity by the end of August.

Pick up your finishing reward at your local SCCLD library August 1st – 31st while supplies last.
