My five-year old sons loved this book. We especially loved the free form verse style of writing. It was a lovely reading experience for the whole family.

My 1.5yr old loves this. We read it a couple of times before we showed her a YouTube video of a shuttle take-off, but she was more interested in the book instead of the video clip. Great illustrations.

My 3 yr. old son loves this book. It makes him want to become an astronaut. The writer does an amazing job of describing the whole experience to a yound child. He uses a kind of free form poetry. Brilliant! I just can't praise this book…
