Neo remains unconscious in the real world, caught in a mysterious subway station that lies between the machine world and the matrix. Bane is still a conduit for Agent Smith, who continues to grow more out of control. Meanwhile, the sentinels are coming dangerously close to Zion. Trinity and Morpheus bargain with The Merovingian to free Neo. Neo, after meeting The Oracle, decides he must leave Zion and go for the machine mainframe. Really poor movie. As great as the Matrix is this follow up is unoriginal, boring, repetitive and dull. Even Reeves can't save this mess. Oh well at least we have the original.

It would seem that with "The Matrix Revolutions" the Wachowskis managed to milk this story bone-dry. I can only judge this film by its ultra-flimsy story-line and say that it literally scraped the bottom of the barrel.

Here with Episode # 3, we have Neo, Trinity, Morpheus, Smith and even the Oracle all back again, in full force, for more high-octane shenanigans that unfortunately only amounted to another form of control, anyways.

So, whether it was already programmed from the Machine Room beforehand, or not - At this point in the old Matrix game, I, for one, am so glad that this marked the very end to this tiresome franchise. (Yawn-to-the-max!)

The religious allegories get a bit ridiculous, but the production values are still high. It's worth seeing in any case.

The original Matrix was an innovative, imaginative piece of work. Evidently it all ran out when that one was finished.

Only about a 30 minute movie of content if you fast forward through the overdone fight scenes. Enough already.

There can be no doubt in my mind that The Matrix Revolutions was simply an outright cash-grab, and nothing more.

Yeah. Ok. - The visual effects here were (again) mighty-mighty impressive, but these hi-def images were obviously just a cleverly constructed facade meant only to cover the nothingness that lay beneath this film's highly glossed surface.

At this point in the Matrix game, I, for one, have grown so bloody sick to death of the whole recycled business that I wish these jokers would all take off those blasted sunglasses and just lay down and die.

From a breath taking beginning to a hard fought end, this movie is filled with HOMETHEATER sound and visuals. That beginning with the motorcycle was off the hook!!!!! That huge battle between Zion and the Sentinels was insane!!!! And the final confrontation between Neo and agent Smith produced some very low frequency effects. This one was not my favorite but i still enjoyed the movie. There's plenty of great sounds that will make the audio freak in you very happy. I'll give this movie 4 stars. Great sound, great visuals, and a pretty good story. A large pizza with extra cheese sprinkled with crushed potato chips and Arizona ice tea.
