Book Errata: Reversible Girl's Dress on p. 132 is missing the instruction to sew side seams between steps 2 & 3.
Note: Due to a publishing error many of the bonus CDs (with PDF patterns) do not include the sizing charts. I was able to get this by e-mail from the author.
