Highly enjoyable read. I read this in preparation for my own weight loss surgery (ironically enough the same type Jen Larsen had, Duodenal Switch. I didn't realize that when I picked up the book) and I think even folks who have never struggled with obesity would enjoy this book. It's mostly just if you've had a major personal change and then figuring out who you are after that change.
