This series started out as imaginative & promising but I think I'm done. Sure, there are interesting characters & lots of action. The problem is the plot, which is in need of resuscitation. There are two main devices: a seemingly endless supply of evil, shadowy government people who have a seemingly endless supply of evil plans for our protagonists interspersed with Heather's sister making a boneheaded decision that puts everyone in DANGER. Over & over & over. They are so interchangeable that it's hard to remember in which book they took place. The two main characters are likeable but the author needs to move on to some fresh ground so it feels less like reading the same book again.
