This movie was entertaining and interesting but not one of my favorite for this year. “Not too bad---good performance”. "I fast forwarded a lot but not all the way.”

So-so B-grade costume drama about Oliver Cromwell's rise to become Lord Protector of Britian. Somewhat insightful on the subjects of divided loyalties & male bonding, but Tim Roth's restrained portrayal of Cromwell is too dry for my taste.
