Great story stuff: time travel paradox, significant moral issues and parallels to our world, great statements by the doctor on those moral issues, Aubrey Woods as the controller, better editing of some scenes and use of effects in special edition.
Stuff to ignore: dalek voices, the brigadier allowing the doctor to take his jeep, the "vehicle chase", the old effects.
