The writing and narration are clear. Its this generation's "One' Two, Three... Infinity". Appropriate for inquisitive children; adults should find it a bit too simple and pedantic.

it is quite daring how he approaches the religious stories, religious people will be offended. but the rest of us are not really allowed to be offended by religion.
we are told some religious organizations may be wrong but not religion itself.

I found this a great read: not too technical, a broad introduction to the scientific method and main ideas of science, and a flow that keeps it interesting. Encourages critical thinking and intellectual development. My daughter enjoyed it as well, which I am quite pleased about - intellectually stimulating non-fiction that is fun to read. Highly recommended.

Richard Dawkins is a "Flim Flam" man. Unfortunately he is a great speaker and is very dangerous! He only sounds knowledgeable on the subject of evolution when he has zero competition. The man can be very convincing.
