This book was written in 1938 and then updated several times.

There are far better cookbooks on French baking written in this decade.

This book has very few photos and they are not clear.

Awesome cookbook for french sweets! Already made the apple turnovers, brioche, and walnut tart! All were amazing. I think I'm going to end up purchasing this gem!
