An important title for all libraries to own and for women of all ages to be able to access. A landmark title in demystifying womens health and in providing a platform for reliable information.

This project was initiated to fill an information gap for women, but it is useful for guys, too. It is written like a Haynes manual--"based on a complete teardown and rebuild"--covering all makes and models of the female humanoid.

Not great. A lot of information in one place but missing key physiological understandings ie heavy periods caused by liver damage.

I had my doubts when I first began reading this book, but it became more interesting as the chapters progressed. Two college students want to go to the African desert to conduct original research. They have little funding, no grant or supporting funding, and encounter a myriad of problems when they finally set up camp in the Kalahari. Some of the problems include running out of water, a vehicle that would not start, lack of mechanical skill, running into natives, fire, flood, monsoons, a pair of male lions, hyenas and running out of funding. That is in just the first two chapters!
