This book has one gory part but otherwise I found it so intriguing and challenging, about an artist's life, and the author makes himself (or someone with his name) as one of the characters.

Interestingly woven story of an artist.

By the third part, the book reminded me a little of Philip Roth, or Roberto Bolano's best novels.
