Young incorporates indigenous knowledge and his own field experience to the art of "bird language" - a subtle, yet direct form of communication that birds use to announce the presence of predators, mates, competitors and the frequent pesky hominid bumbling down the adjacent hiking path. Very informative, easy to read, and highly recommended for anyone who wishes to learn more about the natural world.
