By far the most talented lecturer I've listened to in this series. I imagine his lectures are packed. As a retired composition and literature teacher, I can be a bit picky in how I spend my time--and every lecture here was information, entertaining and illuminating. I've always called English a "bastard language" when I should have called it an under-learned one but over-shared one. Wonderful lecture on text-language!
