I've been on a Lee Marvin kick which is why I checked this flick out. It's great, absolutely wonderful!

I had no idea what I was putting into my DVD player but am very happy I got this film.

It's a great train movie, the train iteself is a character is this film. The Great Depression setting is interesting. This film has it all: drama, comedy, action, suspense, historical context...

I recommend this one highly, to a wide range

Hopelessly dated, but for a film about "Man vs Man" struggle for the mere sake of it, give me Ernie Borgnine any day!
