Herb Ritts was a highly-successful American photographer who, through the 1980s and 1990s, had worked along side a number of top fashion designers to promote their products to the public.
Ritts had also done plenty of commissioned photographic work for numerous popular American magazines which had given these publications a clear visual boost and greater public appeal.
"L.A.Style" offers you a pretty good overview of Ritts' output throughout his lifetime. He died in 2002 from the AIDS virus.
