It's good and it's bad. I love the writer, but he forgot a few key details which if followed would leave Shadowcat dead (when she wasn't even present in this).

To me the story was a bit of a refreshing new take on the painfully overdone Mutant vs. Humans Vs. whoever, and well written into a mixed up X-men timeline. I thought a lot more could have been done with this, and maybe it will be yet. I highly disliked the man ape art and the current style being worked into the X-men. However the enjoyment I got from the art in the Then segments of this book really brought it back for me.
