The story of the science so far from a pioneer in this field. The very last chapter shows you what you can do with the evidence (if you want to do anything; you may be thrilled with your style...) - it relies on you giving honest answers to the questions asked in the first chapters; these help to reveal your own emotional style, as well as raise awareness of the styles of others. Most of the experiments recounted here - in the middle section - are fascinating and make for thought-provoking reading.
