Before I review I must admit I did not do a single one of the meditation exercises but I still took away quite a bit from this book. Puddicombe makes it very clear while there is nothing wrong with multitasking we should have times when we are mindful and focused. I realized there are very few times when I am not trying to get more than one thing done. If I'm watching television I am crafting something too. If I'm washing the dishes I'm listening to an audiobook. I'm going to try and slow down a little every now and then. Enjoyable read!

Andy Puddicombe makes the idea of meditation very accessible for anyone. If you have ever suffered from anxiety disorder, ADHD, panic attacks, or just the thoughts that will not stop in your head, mediation can help. Mediation is like exercise, it takes practice to see results and this book is a great way to start.
