While this is definitely salad season, there are recipes in here for salads year round, which is great! It truly IS an extraordinary book for everyday use.

I'm always looking for new, exciting ways to use great, fresh ingredients--like endive, mustard greens, turnip greens & other salad greens that aren't the most common go to ingredients for most people.

I also like it that Ms Fox uses alternative grains--like quinoa, in salads making it more mainstream for people who might not think of using it in salads the way she does. Definitely one to keep in mind for my personal library!
